Services for the home:

• New computer setup.

  We'll unbox your shiny new PC, set it up, remove the freeware that you don't need, configure it the way you like it, hook it up to your existing Internet connection and make sure it runs smoothly. Additionally we'll hook up your printer, scanner, webcam, etc. and/or install any software you have.

• Online backup.

  

  Once you've got that computer setup and you have loads of document's, photo's, video's and music on it wouldn't it stink if the hard drive crashed and you lost it all? Or the computer got taken in a burglary? Or a fire destroyed it? A simple external hard drive is always going to help. We've got a solution that will. Let us install our online backup application. Once we install it it runs in the background making a backup every night to a secure off-site server facility.

• Add software or hardware.

  Now you're really getting into this computer thing and find that you want a nifty new software application to morph your photos, a new fangled webcam or your new iPod. Give us a call and we'll stop over and take care of that installation too.

• Networking.

  When the rest of the family sees how much fun you're having on your computer, no doubt they are going to want their own. That is going to require a network to share that Internet service and your files. Wired or wireless we can set that up for you also. Already have a network but need more range or better coverage in your place, not a problem.

• Troubleshooting, repair & upgrades.

  After a while stuff happens to computers. Whether your computer gets a virus, is running slower than a tortoise or won't connect to the Internet any more we can help. We'll diagnose the problem and in many cases repair it. Sometimes we'll perform a complete reinstallation of your computers operating system to get it running just like new. While we're at it we may recommend more memory, a bigger hard drive, new graphics card or a wireless network adapter.

  Maybe you've decided that it is time to upgrade your old operating system and try out Windows 7. It all depends on your needs. Best of all, if we think it'll be cheaper to get rid of the old and bring in the new, we'll be honest and tell you it is time for a new computer.

• Home servers.

  A server, aren't those for businesses? Why do you need a server in your home? There are a whole lot of reasons you would want a home server. Here are just a few:
